Developmental Program
Designed for girls with no prior experience or a basic background in rhythmic gymnastics, this program lays a strong foundation through engaging and structured training. Students explore full dance routines, enhance artistic expression, and refine apparatus handling, all while learning teamwork and stage presence. With a focus on safety, creativity, and confidence-building, the program offers a joyful environment that nurtures both technical growth and performance readiness—paving the way for future competitive opportunities.

• Training Frequency: Once a Week
Pre-Competitive Program
This program is for students who have completed the Pre-Developmental stage and are ready for more intensive rhythmic gymnastics training. It focuses on refining apparatus handling, technical precision, and artistic expression, while building strength, flexibility, and endurance. The goal is to prepare gymnasts for higher-level competitions by developing strong technique, stage confidence, and a competitive mindset through structured training and performance opportunities.

Competitive Level
Competitive rhythmic gymnastics offers a structured path for developing technique, artistry, and talent. Through progressive training and a clear grading system, gymnasts build strong foundations, master advanced skills, and gain valuable competition experience. Our core mission is to open the doors for promising gymnasts to compete at school, national, and even international levels. It’s a journey of grace, discipline, and confidence—where future stars are shaped.

• Training Frequency: Thrice a Week
Advanced Group (Level)
This advanced program is for gymnasts with prior competitive experience, ready to take on greater challenges. Training focuses on refining technique, increasing routine complexity, and building strength, coordination, and endurance. Athletes also develop mental resilience through simulated competitions and gain opportunities to compete at national and higher levels. With intensive, high-level coaching, this course prepares gymnasts to meet professional standards and excel on their competitive journey.
