Sun Ping

Coach Sun is a highly accomplished rhythmic gymnastics and artistic gymnastics coach with over 32 years of experience. She has significantly contributed to the development of gymnastics at both local and international levels.

Her coaching career in Singapore includes notable achievements across various schools. At Raffles Girls' School in 2022, Coach Sun Ping guided the team to gold in the Junior Division at the NSG R-Gym Competition, and also secured gold in individual events such as Rope and Ball. She similarly led Pei Hwa Presbyterian to win gold in multiple categories at the same competition. Her previous successes include coaching at Methodist Girls' School and Raffles Girls' School in 2018, where her teams achieved top placements in national inter-school competitions.

Coach Sun Ping's coaching expertise is highlighted by her recognition as the Outstanding Coach of the Year in 2021 for both National Rhythmic Gymnastics and High-Performance Rhythmic Gymnastics. She holds multiple certifications in rhythmic gymnastics from both FIG Academy and National Coaching Accreditation Programs.
